What we collect
The property address and county you enter; the assessment found in public county records or entered by you; the value you enter; your name, email and phone if you give them; property details and photos you send us; decision letters you send us; and order details. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To show your results, prepare and deliver what you order, send the emails you asked for (including deadline reminders), answer your questions, and improve the site.
Decision letters
If you send us your Board's decision letter on our Send us your decision page, it's stored privately. We use it only to work out your yearly savings and help you check your new tax bills. We share your result only if you tick the box that says it's okay, and then only anonymously (never your name, email or address). We delete the letter 90 days after we record your numbers. Keep your original letter with your important papers: it's your record of your new assessment.
Every marketing or reminder email includes a way to opt out. We don't send marketing texts or automated calls.
Analytics and advertising
We may use site analytics and advertising pixels (such as Meta) to measure visits and ads. We don't share your property tax results or tax status with advertising platforms.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, payments and email, property-data providers (for automated value estimates; we send them the property address only), and when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for the service, our records and legal obligations. Photos and details you send for a report are kept with your order. Decision letters are deleted 90 days after we record your numbers. We delete calculator leads you ask us to delete.
Security
Uploaded photos and letters are stored as private files that aren't reachable by a public link, and our records are available only to us. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send more than we ask for.
Your choices
You can opt out of emails at any time with the link in each email. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your okay to share your result anonymously, by emailing us. We may keep order and payment records we need for our records and legal obligations.
Children
Our services are for adult homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with its date.
